This rule is very simple, you have to post your topic at the right forum. Ex: you post a topic about 1 chapter of VoH but you post at the Pictures forum.
# At the first time, I'll move that topic to the right forum and send a warn message to you.
# The second time, I'll ban your nick in 3 days.
# And the last time means your nick is banned forever!!
